Be Respectful

Arrive on time or a few minutes early. Text ahead ASAP if you think you might be running late.
Reschedule if you're sick or contagious. Spreading illness to the reader (and possibly clients) is selfish and disrespectful.
Readings are timed. Extending your reading for any amount of time beyond what you requested costs extra. You’re welcome to ask if extra time is available.
Be receptive to receiving information in your reading, even if it's not what you're expecting to hear.
Understand that readers won't always have ALL the answers to your questions.
Remember: You are in control of your own destiny!

Policies

Retainer & Cancellation

Appointments are not reserved until the $20 retainer is paid. Retainer is non-refundable and is applied to the cost of your reading. Reschedule an appointment (up to 2 times) with a day's notice. You forfeit the retainer if you cancel or don't show on time. Readings are nonrefundable: time and energy is spent doing a reading for you.

Shop hours may vary. Verify before traveling. Contact me asap to reschedule if you don't feel well before your appointment. Coming in sick, gets your appointment canceled and your retainer forfeited. This protects everyone's health and maintains the reliable schedule clients expect.

May need your first name and phone number to contact you regarding your appointment.

You can arrange for your guests to have private one-on-one readings to keep information confidential or, for those that share all their stories and emotions, readings can be in a group setting.

Location

Whether on-location at a restaurant, an Air B&B or at your home, readings require very little space (a small table and two chairs) and can be indoors or, in nice weather, outside. For outdoor events you'll love our clean and well-organized pop-up tent. We offer either a sleek modern look (white tent with dark-orange table cover) or an extravagantly draped tent seen here (minus the henna banner, of course).

Event Types

Birthday/ Bachelorette Parties, Girls Day, Spa Day, Weddings, Retreats, Expos: Your attendees receive a free reading when you hire Aunt Jet's. Retainer and contract required.

School, University, Corporate: Your attendees receive a free reading when you hire Aunt Jet's. For your convenience, we supply an invoice and contract for ease in Purchase Order processing, proof of insurance certificate and IRS form W-9. Payable via check day of event. Retainer and contract required.

Fundraisers for Non-Profits: Increase donations with readings. Hire Aunt Jet's and guests pay for a reading at your event. 100% of their payments are donations to your fundraiser. Retainer and contract required. Aunt Jet's donates reading services/ time to events every year.

When should readings start at your party?

Guests rarely arrive on time. Choose a readings start time at least 30 minutes after your party start time. We arrive early to set up and don't charge for set-up and break-down times.

Where should you have us set up?

INSIDE: A 5’x5’ area for a table and 2 chairs with access to electricity for LED lighting close to an outlet.

OUTSIDE: requires a 12’x12’ area on level ground for our pop-up tent. Evening and night events need access to electricity for LED lighting close to an outlet. Plan an indoor space for inclement and cool weather (your guests will thank you for keeping them warm and dry).

The retainer payment is nonrefundable and applied to the balance due at your event. It can be rescheduled (ask for details).
